📌 Please note before booking:
* At 35 m², the apartment is comfortable for two or three. With four, two guests sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight, especially for a long family stay.
* The only bathroom, which combines the shower, toilet and washbasin, is small: with three or four guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), surrounded by restaurants and shops, in a building with a lift, with a separate bedroom and a washing machine.
