Tucked away on a quiet, hidden passage in the heart of Gros Caillou, one of the most sought-after pockets of Paris's 7th arrondissement, this cozy studio comfortably welcomes 2 guests just steps from the Eiffel Tower and the legendary rue Cler market street steps away from Saint Germain.

The Space:
PARIS UPDATE: THE APARTMENT AREA IS SAFE
We understand your concern after seeing the news from Paris on TV, but rest assured that the coverage makes things look worse than they really are. The last two protest marches took place far from the apartment, between Porte d’Ivry and Porte de Charenton, on the southeastern edge of the city, about 5 km away. There has been no looting in central Paris since the demonstration on October 17, and the area around the apartment is safe.

The studio is on the 2nd floor by stairs only

The studio includes:
-Living area: Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), Smart TV, ceiling fan, ample storage, and high-speed Wi-Fi
-Fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, stovetop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, and a full set of cookware and utensils
- Dining area: comfortable spot for meals
-Bathroom: shower, toilet, hairdryer, soap, and shampoo

Bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows are provided for the entire duration of your stay. The studio also includes laundry amenities: a drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

- Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper)
- Breakfast starter box (coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits)
- Cleaning Kit (wash up liquid, bin bags, sponge, washer and dishwasher tablets)

Guest Access:
- You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a fully independent stay with complete comfort.
- Self Check-in: 48 hours before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.
- Our customer service team is available 24/7, before, during, and after your stay, to assist with any request.

The Neighborhood:
You'll be staying in a charming, residential pocket of the 7th arrondissement, tucked into the historic Gros Caillou neighborhood and just steps from the world-famous rue Cler market street — perfect for exploring Paris on foot while soaking in an elegant, authentically Parisian atmosphere, all within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.

Just minutes away on foot, you'll find beloved spots for coffee or a casual bite, such as Café Central, a rue Cler institution known for its terrace and people-watching, or Le Café de Mars, a cozy neighborhood favorite. For a special dinner, don't miss Le Violon d'Ingres, chef Christian Constant's Michelin-starred flagship on rue Saint-Dominique, celebrated for its refined take on Southwestern French classics — or Les Cocottes, his more casual counter-style spot near the Eiffel Tower, serving comforting dishes in individual Staub cocottes.

For everyday errands, rue Cler itself is the neighborhood's great asset: a pedestrian market street lined with bakeries, cheesemongers, wine shops, butchers, and produce stalls, alongside a Monoprix and Franprix for everyday essentials. The surrounding streets add charming boutiques and flower shops, perfect for a leisurely morning stroll.

Paris's must-see landmarks are just a short walk away: the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars gardens, the Musée du Quai Branly, and Les Invalides with Napoleon's tomb are all within easy reach on foot, while the Musée d'Orsay and Musée Rodin are a quick walk or metro ride further on. The neighborhood's atmosphere blends quiet, residential elegance with genuine Parisian daily life — historic markets, family-run cafés, and leafy streets just moments from the city's most iconic sights.

Transport links are excellent, with École Militaire (Line 8) just minutes away, and La Tour-Maubourg and Invalides (Lines 8 & 13, plus RER C) also close by, offering direct access to the city's major monuments and both airports.

Getting Around:
From the Airports (Charles de Gaulle & Orly): Both airports connect to central Paris via the RER B. From there, a single change gets you close to the studio — transfer to Métro Line 8 at Châtelet-Les Halles for École Militaire or La Tour-Maubourg, or to RER C at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame for a direct ride to Invalides or Pont de l'Alma.

Metro Stations

Invalides (Lines 8 & 13, plus RER C): A major interchange just minutes away, with RER C offering direct access to the Musée d'Orsay, Notre-Dame area, and Versailles, while Line 13 runs north to Saint-Lazare and on toward Montmartre.
École Militaire (Line 8): A short walk from the studio, with direct connections toward Concorde, Opéra, and Bastille.
Pont de l'Alma (RER C): A scenic riverside station offering a direct line to the Musée d'Orsay, Saint-Michel–Notre-Dame, and Gare d'Austerlitz

Other Things to Note:
Booking requirements:
- No security deposit required
- The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )
- The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund

House Rules:
- Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only
- Lost keys incur a fee of €150
