I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience!
The highlight of my stay was the delicious breakfast buffet – an incredible spread of fresh and tasty options that made every morning special. The hotel amenities were also top-notch, adding comfort and convenience to my visit.
A special shoutout to the three standout staff members who went above and beyond:
• Maxence, who provided exceptional service at check-in and made me feel welcomed right away.
• Maelle, who was super helpful in organizing a city tour and ensuring my check-out went smoothly.
• Fernandu, who served us during breakfast with a smile and made sure everything was perfect.
That said, there were a couple of areas where the experience could be improved. The cleanliness of the balcony and the condition of the washroom amenities could be better, as some of them seemed a bit old and worn out. Additionally, a few employees could benefit from further training, as there were inconsistencies between the information I received from reception and the WhatsApp service, which caused some confusion.
Despite these minor issues, my stay at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower Hotel was memorable, and I look forward to coming back. With improvements in cleanliness and communication, this hotel has the potential to be truly outstanding!
