Communication was very poor with this place. We only received communication when we booked thru the WhatsApp. Tried to verify plans for arrival and we received no response. Someone did let us into the apartment but arriving in Paris we were worried we had no place to stay. Asked how we checked out they had no idea since we were given the only two keys. We never figured that out since we left during the middle of our stay. Apartment was very small and uncomfortable. No air so we had to leave the windows open. Neighborhood was very loud with people all night long with cigarette smoke entering into the apartment. Garbage men and street sweepers would come thru at 2 am and people would race their cars down the street at high speeds. We barely slept the whole 6 nights we were there. Neighborhood was sketchy. We would get off the 4 metro line and saw lots of drug deals going on the corners and there was always a lot of police activity. Not something I really want to see while on vacation. We would have sucked it up for the whole 10 days however on our 6th night when taking a shower it started to leak out from under the shower (it was on a platform) and flooded the bathroom. Had to cancel our plans to go to Strasburg the next day because of this and when we did get ahold of the property management team they wanted us to wait around all day for the plumber. We were done, we packed our things up and moved to a hotel. We lost a lot of money over this place and it ruined our Paris trip
