Maison Paisible Proche Paris - Stade de France - JO - Parc Asterix

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Our house is spacious - comfortable and bright and close to public transportation (RER D, Line H, T 11, T 5). It overlooks a large garden with terrace. Living room kitchen 35M2 with sofa bed, 3 bedrooms upstairs. There is a second living room in the basement with sofa bed which can be used as a 4th bedroom. Ideal for families or groups of friends. But beware no big party in the evening.

The accommodation
This house is my personal accommodation that I rent when I go on a trip. There are my personal belongings on site. But enough room for yours. It is not a sanitized accommodation that is only used for rent.
There is a private outbuilding which is sometimes inhabited. Nothing to share with the neighbour.
You have public transportation nearby, allow between 30 and 40 minutes from door to door to reach Paris center. The RER D' is 12 minutes walk away (take the entrance rue Joséphine Baker). You have all the shops within walking distance and a large park right next to the house, perfect for jogging. Parking is free in the perpendicular street and forbidden in front of the house.

Thank you for paying close attention to noise for the neighborhood, parties are strictly forbidden. You are exposed to a fine, the police have already fined tenants who are not respectful of the premises.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. There is duvet and cushions on site. if you are unable to bring your bed linen. An option is possible to set up via the cleaning lady service. It is 6 € beds. Please tell me in advance so that I can set up this option.
