The apartment is a Loft, like a house in Paris, renovated in the Parisian style.
Composed of a ground floor and a second floor.
Located in a former carpentry workshop, it offers a large living space under a glass roof, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can easily accommodate 10 people.
The neighborhood is one of the most prestigious and authentic in Paris.
Between Place de la Bastille and the famous Père Lachaise cemetery. Close to the Marais district

The Space:
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a lounge, dining room, and open kitchen, featuring two high-end sofa beds and a 65-inch smart TV. This level also includes a master suite with its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a toilet.

Upstairs, there is another high-end sofa bed and a bathroom (without toilet). Finally, the mezzanine offers a double bed, perfect for completing the accommodation capacity.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the vibrant heart of the 11ᵗʰ arrondissement, Rue de Belfort offers both tranquility and authentic Parisian charm. This little haven, tucked away from the main busy streets, is full of warmth and a true neighborhood spirit.

Just steps away, you’ll find the lively Place de la Nation and Avenue Philippe-Auguste, bustling with shops, typical Parisian cafés, artisan bakeries, and restaurants serving flavors from around the world. The Cours de Vincennes market, one of the most renowned in Paris, is also nearby—perfect for experiencing Parisian life like a local.

For culture and leisure, the neighborhood is rich in discoveries: just a short walk takes you to the famous Père-Lachaise Cemetery, final resting place of icons such as Édith Piaf, Jim Morrison, and Oscar Wilde. Comfortable stay and convenient location

We stayed for 4 nights with our multi-generational family of 6. Communication with the host was easy, and the location was convenient to restaurants, grocery, and 2 metro stops. We were surprised to learn that the apartment only had one toilet, which is not reflected in the listing. There is one toilet on the main level and two rooms with shower sink only (one on the main level and another on the second). We made it work, but it wasn’t expected. The sofa beds were all comfortable, even for adults. The air conditioning was very appreciated. Important to note that the second bedroom has a sofa bed on the second level and a proper bed on the third, accessible by a ladder. If mobility is a concern, do not plan to use these spaces.
