Charming studio in the Marais

Studette bright and quiet, ideally located in the district of Haut du Marais, rue de Bretagne. Close to the metro station Filles du Calvaires on line 8 of the metro and 3 minutes from République metro station (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11). Small (suitable for one person) the studio is completely independent and has a common entrance with the apartment where we live.
It has a bed in mezzanine, closet for clothes, bathroom, kitchenette, fridge and desk.
Ideal for a person who wishes to stay in the Marais.

Pequeño apartamento básico muy bien situado

El sitio era tal como lo había esperado según el anuncio. Limpio y tranquilo, en un patio interior. El equipamiento muy minimal y neutro, es lo que yo prefiero. Quizá el equipamiento de la cocina podría ser un poco mas completo. Para subir al altillo donde se duerme hay una escalera bastante empinada que para personas mayores podría resultar difícil.A parte de esto todo muy bien, también el trato con el dueño que fue agradable y fluido. Repetiría en una próxima estáncia.

Pretty basic

The property is described accurately; the photos are accurate as well. I overestimated my capacity for simplicity. It is effectively a monk’s cell with a small bath. It is not realistic to think you could prepare more than a cup of tea in the kitchenette. I think it would be great for a single young person on a tight budget.

Excellent spot!

This apartment is perfect for a single traveler or a couple. It was very clean and well taken care of, and the building is quiet and has a calm atmosphere. The host is extremely professional and courteous and has the apartment next door so he is easy to reach if you have questions. The neighborhood location is also really ideal, as it is next to Le Marais on one side and Republique on the other.

Studio in great location!

I had a great time staying at this apartment during my stay in Paris. It was conveniently located next to several Metro stops, a grocery store, and many restaurants/shops. Nicolas was very helpful and responsive, and even let me store my luggage since I arrived before check-in. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was very quiet, even though the building was on a busy street. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Paris!

Quiet, simple, and lovely accommodation

Everything was great, just my checking process a little confusing. There are several measures of security to get into apartment which is great, but it added confusion. As long as you are in touch with Nicolas, he will guide you— he was kind and professional.

Excellent: Quiet, clean, and Accommodating

This was the perfect studio apartment for a week in Paris. A small and private apartment tucked behind a courtyard with a nice window. Great location and neighborhood. It is perfect for 1 person! Very clean, everything functioning, and the owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and I would stay there again!

Well designed studio in a good location

I had an enjoyable week’s stay in this beautifully decorated studio in the Marais. It was quiet and light with everything needed and lots of storage. The owner was very helpful and responsive. It was exactly as represented. The only addition suggested would be a comfortable arm chair for reading.

Cute studio with basics in le Marais

I had a nice two-week stay in Le Marais in this small, but efficient studio apartment. The landlord lives next door and communicated promptly when I had questions or he needed to give me instructions on how things worked. Noise from other tenants was never a problem and, when closed, the windows effectively cut out the street and traffic noises. Walkable to several supermarkets and metro stops. Good for a single traveler or student. It's important to note that the bed is located in a loft only accessible by ladder and you really have to pay attention each and every time you climb or descend. Also, I sorely missed having a comfortable chair or beanbag to read in or watch a film on my laptop as the only chair was a desk chair.

Super cute studio in a great location

I had a great stay here in this very cute little studio at a stone's throw from the canals, some funky eating and shopping spots and République métro which has great connections to more touristy areas around Paris. My host was lovely, she helped with my ridiculously heavy bag (thanks!) and the apartment itself had everything I needed. The bed is super comfy, it was a hot few days and the apartment remained cool. The only improvement I can think is maybe an iron would be nice for all my crumpled traveller clothes. Thanks very much! :)

A casa anche se lontana da casa

È stato un bellissimo soggiorno dall’arrivo alla partenza. Sono stata accolta con grande gentilezza dai proprietari del piccolo studio. Mi è stato concesso all’arrivo ,di buon mattino, di lasciare il mio bagaglio così da non perdere ore utili per il mio lavoro, sono stata aiutata a portare il bagaglio al piano perché l’ascensore non era abilitato ad arrivare al secondo, mi è stato concesso di lasciare il bagaglio l’ultimo giorno all’interno dato che il mio volo era nel tardo pomeriggio. Lo studio è piccolo molto curato e pulito e l’altezza aiuta a renderlo molto più spazioso di quanto non sia e l’arredamento, la fresca tinteggiatura e la grande finestra lo rendono luminosissimo. Una nota speciale per il silenzi che mi ha permesso di poter veramente riposare. Unico neo non fondamentale ma molto importante dato che si avvicina la stagione invernale è la mancanza di un micro onde che permetterebbe di cucinare senza dover subire per tutta il tempo gli odori del mangiare ma... Guhielm mi ha assicurato che alla mia prossima visita potrei trovare una sorpresa. Li rivedrò con piacere perché la loro discrezione insieme a tutto ciò che ho finora detto hanno reso veramente piacevole il mio soggiorno.
