The 1100 square foot apartment (101 sq meter) is located on the Rue di Rivoli, across from the Tuileries in a refurbished 19th century building. Enjoy a variety of landmarks and French history in Quartier de la Place-Vendome!

Conveniently, there is an elevator.

It's the essence of the heart of the 'City of Light', On the corner of the famous 'Place de la Concorde', and close to the 'Champs Elysees'. Easy access to Metro Concorde line #1. One minute to the 'Rue Royale' and the 'Rue Saint Honore', the apartment faces the 'Tuileries garden' (the “Central Park” of Paris) and is within walking distance to the 'Musee d'Orsay'. A 10-minute walk to the 'Seine River'. Ten minutes from the 'Place Vendome' in the high-fashion district, home of the most prestigious jewelry stores in the world (Van Cleef and Arpel, Maubusson, Cartier, Rolex, Patek Philipp, etc...) and the 'Ritz Hotel'. It's easy to walk or catch the Metro to anything you could possibly want to see in Paris!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was the perfect combination of history and modern amenities. Loved the hardwood floors, exposed wooden beams, furniture - it was all lovely! Also loved being able to do laundry with a washer AND dryer! And the view!!! Being able to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle each evening after a long day of sight seeing was magical. The location was perfect, just steps away from the metro but far enough away from the city that it was very quiet at night and felt very safe. Natalia was so very helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do the same!

This beautiful apartment was perfect for our family vacation in Paris. The hosts were so welcoming and communicative. The property gave an ideal Paris feel, and the location could not have been better for getting around the city. The view of the Eiffel Tower was also amazing! Would highly recommend this property.

Very good host, informative and helpful with check in time. The spacious apt is in an outstanding location for sightseeing in Paris, an easy walk to many museums and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the heat is nice in a chilly February.

Three stars because there are some great things about the apartment and some undesirable things. Great things: Central Paris location, nice sitting room and functioning kitchen.Undesirable things: No bathroom doors (just shower curtains), two small bedrooms separated by thin walls (was probably a single bedroom at one point), you can hear everything in the apartment upstairs. And don't stay here on New Year's Eve unless you intend to stay awake all night. The music from outside was thumping past 5 a.m.

Amazing space, open, beautiful, and even better than photos. Very easily accessible in the first and the host guide was exceptionally informative and helpful. When the gas heat needed a reset once, we were able to get in touch easily and get support quickly. The washer and drier work exceptionally well and the beds were very comfy. One room was big enough for us to put a travel crib and blow up toddler bed that we brought with us. We would love to stay again and it was truly amazing and huge for the area. It feels cozy, historic, and at the same time incredibly accessible to the city. Also loved Flotte restaurant around the corner that was recommended and surprisingly close to many coffee places. We had two small children (1, 3 years old) in the space and it was open and great as well as close to Tuileries carousel and park. You can also go to Rose Bakery in the Jeu de palm across the street without a ticket for good coffee/tea/afternoon tea, which was so nice. We also got to experience the Tuileries Christmas market. Amazing location, clean, better than listed

Our stay in this apartment exceeded our expectations. The location made it such that for many sightseeing excursions we simply walked and didn’t need the Metro. But when we did, the Concorde Metro station was a block away! The building is truly historic and the apartment itself was just what we were looking for. Two separate bedrooms and baths was just right for us. Plus, the very large living, dining and kitchen areas were great too. We cooked our own French dinner and enjoyed it with some nice French wine! The furnishings are a little dated, as others have said, but we found everything very comfortable, Communications with the property owner and manager were very easy and we received lots of helpful advice that made our stay better, including several great local restaurant recommendations. This is a real find, and made our week in Paris perfect.

The Paris apartment was perfect in every way! Communication with our host was timely and complete. The apartment was immaculate and roomier than expected. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped. And the location could not have been better. We were able to visit so many sites by foot. The playground in the Tuileries Garden across the street was wonderful for the 7 and 9 year old girls in our group. Merci!

Great location

This is a sweet apartment with fantastic view in a great area. Had everything we needed for our stay. Furniture is a little dated but it worked just fine for us. (The 2nd bedroom is in a separate room not open like the photo.) We were very happy with it. The host responds promptly too.

Great location in Paris

I was initially worried since the arrival instructions mentioned 60 stairs to the apartment (2nd floor apartment, ground floor is the 0th floor for those in the US), but further reading lists a second entrance with a lift and only 5 stairs. My mother is 81 and has difficulty climbing a lot of stairs and she had no problems.The apartment is in a great location, pretty easy walk to the Louvre, Musée de l'Orangerie (Monet's water lilies), Grand Palais and just across the street from the Tuileries Garden. We did take taxis to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame as it was pretty hot and we didn't want to walk that far in the heat.Jean-Pierre and Natalia were wonderful, with Natalia even finding a portable air conditioner for us (there was a heat wave in Europe during our stay, with most days above 35c/95f. The view outside of the entry room is outstanding!

Great place to stay for families

This place is in a great location to visit all the sights, is very spacious, and the host has thoughtfully provided everything you might need. We booked this knowing that there was no A/C, and it turned out to be 95F when we were going so I was worried. It turned out to be fairly comfortable despite the heat, though. The host had fans ready for us and lots of ice trays in the freezer- it made all the difference! We come from Orlando where it's sweltering and know the trick to surviving the heat is icy drinks. The host's kind thoughtfulness set us up to survive the heat, we are grateful. There was also a nice surprise of a small elevator to get one most of the way to the room, with 5 steps the rest of the way. There are 2 full bathrooms. The trick we learned with the heat was to use the bathroom in the laundry to shower and use the other bathroom off the bedroom to get ready to avoid too much humidity. There is a ton of space, so it is very comfortable. We opened the windows- the window with the Tuileries and Eiffel view has the best wind flow and we had some lovely evenings. Enjoy your stay!

The experience was great. The week we were there there was a heat wave according to locals, and we felt the discomfort from the lack of air conditioning, however, Natalia , without even being asked, brought us fans which helped us through the night. Location was good, communication was easy and because of the stairs we were able to indulge in more food with less guilt!highly recommend.

Apartment in heart of Paris

Charming old apartment in the midst of Paris attractions. Beautiful view of place de Concorde and Eiffel Tower from side window. Detailed welcome packet provided with helpful information about local transportation, restaurants and attractions. Lovely updates to bathrooms. Suggested improvements are lighting on stairways at night and exhaust fan in bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you to the host and manager.

Nothing could be better than this

Spacious, comfortable and cozy place in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the center of the city. This is located across from Tuiilerie and Place de Concorde and the Eiffel Tower visible out of third floor window. Hosts were available and helpful. You can’t imagine a better Paris flat.
