On arrival we received a lovely warm welcome from Christos and his family and throughout our stay they were helpful and really responsive to any questions that we had. The villa was gorgeous, perfect layout for our family, the views of Parga town from the villa are stunning. The swimming pool was lush, with great sun loungers. The outside space was great depending on the time of day and whether you wanted to be in the sun or shade, sunrise/sunset. A great base to explore Parga town and the wider area. Easy access to the supermarket, shops and restaurants etc. we loved our stay!

Totale Ruhe, trotzdem nahe am Ort

Unten an der Strasse befindet sich ein reservierter Parkplatz. Dort wurden wir ganz herzlich von der Familie in Empfang genommen, und sogar unsere Koffer wurden nach oben getragen. "Nach oben" ist auch das erste Stichwort: Der Aufstieg zur Villa ist wirklich steil.Wer nicht gut zu Fuss ist, sollte sich lieber etwas anderes suchen. Wer den Weg auf sich nimmt, wird allerdings mit einer ganz tollen Bleibe belohnt!Die Aussicht auf Parga und aufs Meer, sowie der Pool und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten sind einfach nur herrlich!In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem, die Räume sind großzügig, die Klimaanlagen funktionieren hervorragend sowie alles andere auch. Zudem ist alles sehr sauber.Mit langen Haaren sollte man die untere Dusche nutzen, in der oberen Etage ist der Wasserdruck etwas geringer. Wir hatten hier wirklich nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu meckern, haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Einkehren kann man übrigens sehr gut direkt unterhalb der Villa bei Tzsimas, sehr leckeres Essen zu kleinen Preisen.Auch für diesen Tipp ganz herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter, es war wirklich ein Traum!

Parga retreat

Stunning views and superb villa. Access is via steep slope and steps so need to be fairly fit but worth it when you get there. Host extremely helpful and sorted all the transfers to and from the airport. Parga itself is a delight and only a short walk to the sea front where fantastic bars and restaurants and the beach.Will be back again

Fabulous villa, wonderful holiday

This villa is amazing - perched on the hillside overlooking Parga, and a short walk down to the town and sea front. We were welcomed by Christos and his family on arrival who helped with luggage up to the villa. The climb is steep but we did it at least twice every day and you quickly get used to it. The villa was spotlessly clean and spacious. Lots of outdoor spaces offer various options to sit and lounge. The pool is a perfect size for cooling down, it’s around 5 x 8 metres and an adult can stand at the deepest part. By night the path up to the villa and pool area are lit. The villa is secluded and enjoys privacy. Parga is a lovely town with lots of bars, restaurants and gift shops. The nearest supermarket is immediately below the villa with plenty more bakeries and supermarkets within 2 more minutes walk. We enjoyed an excursion to Meteora (we stayed overnight as it’s 2.5hrs drive - well worth it for the stunning scenery); we also went to Acheron Springs (again, beautiful), enjoyed the Parga Olive Oil Museum and participated in the cookery school (mostly chopping and drinking wine, but a lovely evening). We also recommend parasailing on Voltos beach. Christos and his wife were always happy to answer questions. We had a fabulous holiday and I would recommend Parga and this villa wholeheartedly.

An oasis in a top spot.

This villa is a real find. A spacious and stylish house in a super position. How often do you find a villa with private pool where the beach, town, harbour and castle are within a comfortable walking distance? We preferred the small pebble beach round the corner from the town. It was much quieter. It was our first time in Parga and we were struck by the friendliness of the people. Our hosts,Christos, Natasa and children were wonderfully warm and helpful. They couldn't have made us more welcome. Our overriding feeling is of affection for Parga and her people. The house and the place have a lovely atmosphere. Thank you.

Delightful Villa

Thank you Christos, Natasa and your family for the wonderful welcome. It was our first trip to Parga and the location of the Villa is fantastic for exploring on foot the winding streets of the town, restaurants in the harbour and beaches. Relaxing by the pool was also a real treat and the views from the terraces in the day and evening are just wonderful. See you again!

Lovely villa for first stay in Parga

We really enjoyed the villa and it worked well for our group of two couples. We didn’t spend much time inside, but the villa had everything we needed and the pool was lovely, big enough to keep cool on the hotter days. Although it is a steep climb to the villa, it was fine for our group and it did mean beautiful views of Parga and across to the castle. All the amenities are close by and a stroll into central Parga at night was lovely.

Lovely Parga Villa

Christos met us from the taxi he arranged for us from the airport and had stocked the fridge for us. Excellent! Location was great, 5 mins to the centre of everything. Would recommend.

Stairway to heaven!

Having been to Parga many, many times we knew exactly where the villa is. It boasts a fantastic central location, very close to tavernas bars and supermarkets aswell as other shops. The villa itself is both stunning inside and outside with addition of the pool. The bedrooms were all spacious and all ensuite and the kitchen and living area is very well equipped. As a family of 6 it was everything we wanted and more. We have made many happy memories and our 4 year old twin girls will never forget it.

The property , location and hosts are of the best we have experienced , a truly wonderful holiday !

The villa is beautiful, well equipped , spotlessly clean , and the views from the many balconies are fabulous. The location , minutes from the front is great. The hosts met us and helped with the luggage even though it was midnight . We will be staying again .

We have had the best time ! You do need to be fit to stay in the villa - very steep walk up but brilliant views . Parga itself is hilly anyway so if you know the resort the climb to the villa is acceptable . Lovely hosts who couldn’t do enough fir us . Thank you

wunderschönes Haus in fantastischer Lage

Wir verbrachten zu fünft 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Parga. Trotz unserer sehr späten Anreise wartete Nikos um 2 Uhr morgens auf uns am Haus und half uns die Koffer in das Haus zu bringen. Ganz lieben Dank dafür nochmal. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Nikos und seine Familie haben sich sehr gekümmert. Es gab mehrmals frische Handtücher und nach 1 Woche frische Bettwäsche. Der Blick über Parga und auf die Burg ist atemberaubend. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag genossen. Da lohnt sich der kleine Aufstieg zum Haus. Der Pool war eine willkommene Abkühlung. Parken konnten wir immer am Haus an der Straße. Das war Dank des Schildes Parken verboten in der Einfahrt an der Treppe kein Problem. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man mitten in Parga. Supermärkte, Restaurants und ein sehr leckerer Bäcker sind nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Parga ist ein sehr hübscher Urlaubsort. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Beautiful Villa

This property is stunning ! Nikos and his wife and family go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and even help you with your cases . My friends and i had a fab time here and i would def go back and stay there again . Its a bit of a steep walk but oh so worth it the views are specatacular ! A special place !

Beautiful Villa

When we arrived we were met by Christos and Natashia and their lovely children who were waiting to help us with our luggage even though it was about midnight when we arrived. We weren't quite prepared for the climb from the road up to the villa, which was quite strenuous, so we were very glad of their help. On reaching the villa though we were very impressed, it was excellent. It was huge, it was in beautiful condition and exceptionally clean. The facilities were excellent and the views from the windows and balconies were spectacular. The location was great, very close to supermarket, bakery and the main town and harbour. The beds were very comfortable, we always had plenty of hot water and it was handy having bathrooms on all floors. The living space on the middle floor was great for relaxing in at the end of the day and the dining area was perfect too. The bedroom on the top floor was the nicest, the 'penthouse suite'. Very spacious, it has a bath and a separate 'wet room' style shower. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery etc. a huge fridge and a nifty little ice maker in the freezer. Overall we loved this apartment but I must say it was quite an effort getting from the road up to it so be prepared. If you struggle getting up steep slopes or have a wheelchair then I would suggest this apartment would not be suitable for you. It's a shame there isn't an access road to drive up and park at the villa. However, don't be put off, it's a great place to stay if you're reasonably fit. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings having a drink with friends and watching the sun go down over Ali Pasha's castle was idyllic. It was great to have so much comfortable space and facilities just minutes from the main town but secluded enough to feel like your own private place in the hills. We were two couples in our mid-fifties but there is plenty of space for six people.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub!

Die Villa ist einfach perfekt, und die Lage ist einfach ein Traum. Wir haben den Urlaub (zu zweit) sehr genossen... wir könnten uns aber auch sehr gut vorstellen, mit mehreren leuten wieder zu kommen. Vielen Dank an die netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter =)
