"We had an amazing stay here. The staff was exceptional and went far to help us out with everything. The room was large and clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. Hotel arranged a turtle snorkeling with a local guide that was a really good experience. The breakfast was good and we also had lunch at the hotel two days. "The hotel itself is mostly fine, with a good location and a nice view. The staff, however, were the worst among our eight stays in Sri Lanka. They weren’t friendly or helpful and had a clear “what do you want” attitude. They even woke us at 10 p.m. to ask what breakfast we wanted, which is unacceptable.
