"Upon check-in I was told that there was no shuttle to the airport and that I would he to book a taxi. I went to my room, found that it did not correspond to the booking I had made and double checked that a shuttle to the airport was indeed advertised. I went back to the reception, to have to face a seriously rude attitude from the employee until I could have what I should have had in the first place. Moreover the shuttle would have cost me 75 euros instead of the 45 advertised, hence I declined...

"Lot of dust. Ac wasn’t working. Called few times to front desk and they answered City has turned off the AC because weather was getting cooler. (Never heard that excuse before). Few restless nights."

"Schönes Hotel guter Service grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück"

"Be careful if you accidentally book them several times they will not refund."

"Perfect hotel"

"Staff was nice, helpful and attentive. Good location and cheap shuttle for the airport which is good. Hotel is just in a need of a renovation, which is not the staff's fault, aside from that, a pleasant stay."

"Room was clean, staff amazing, breakfast was also nice, did not use ac so not sure, ee had a 2 floor townhouse with private parking which was nice however i would add some closet space and table with couple chairs, we stayed for 8 nights so it would be nice to have some closet space and table with chairs, also water was slightly called and if you like real hot shower it was not okay. Safe was not wotking when we checked and but was fuxed immediately so they havr an amazing customer service. ...

"This is a big Villa and due to language barrier we were scared and skeptical but staff was very helpful. We stayed for a night and were leaving early. They pre cooked breakfast for us. Big garden to walk around and table tennis available to play. The infrastructure is like old villas, so expect that, bed/table/wardrobe everything is old villas style. Room size is huge. Really big rooms and clean."

"Staff was helpful and courteous. However, room service and cleaning staff were roaming through the halls late into the night speaking in loud voices and banging. This made it difficult to sleep. Food at the restaurant was overpriced and waited a long time for food with subpar service. Airport shuttle is convenient and makes transit to and from the airport stress free"

"Alloggio in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, il che garantisce un riposo senza rumore di traffico o altro. Marco e la moglie sono molto cordiali e premurosi nei confronti dei loro ospiti. La stanza era estremamente pulita, fattore che ritengo molto importante quando si dorme lontano da casa. Il letto era comodo e la colazione buona. Parcheggio in strada adiacente all'alloggio. Assolutamente consigliato 👍 "
