"Not all hotels are made for everyone. I am someone who does not enjoy finding other peoples short curly hair in the shower, mold growing on the shower curtains, used lotion that was supposed to be sealed, trash ground into the hallway floor, dirty toilet seats, drawers that had dirt pilled in the corners, or having to wait 30 min in line to check in because there was only one person on staff. These are things I do not enjoy. If you also do not enjoy them. You will not like staying the night...

"Location is in classic suburbia but easy access to downtown and surrounding attractions. The breakfast, pool, hot tub, and free parking are all great amenities. Loved the spacious rooms although they are starting to show some wear and tear.
All around a solid choice and will definitely stay again."

"This was not a good experience at comfort inn. For starters, the property was unkempt, and dirty. The carpet in the hallway and room smelt moldy. Inside the room, the shower basin was dirty, dust everywhere, including the AC. unit. One of the dials on the light switch was completely broken off . The bathroom door could not close properly.
The entire place was unappealing and needs management attention. The internet did not connect. I will not be staying there again."

"I inadvertently left a relatively expensive panama fedora hat in the room when checking out. I realized my mistake on the way to the airport but, because of the flight schedule, was unable to return to the hotel. I immediately called the hotel & told them my room number and asked them to get the hat and ship it to me. I gave them a CC# to cover the cost. "By far my worst hotel experience ever. They unilaterally cancelled my reservations. Probably due to being overbooked. Zero help. That I was on my own. That was the response.
Thanks to Expedia I was able to find another hotel.
But really never go to this hotel."

"Rooms are always clean and the bed was very comfortable. The couches in the room need need upgrading. That was my only room suggestion.
The common areas are nicely laid out, staff was friendly and helpful.
Maybe having a continental breakfast included with the room would be nice. I did run out each morning and bring back coffee and food.
I have been staying here for a number of years and have never been disappointed."
