"Clean room"

"The property was decent. Our room was clean and the workout room was good. The biggest negatives for us were: 1) non existent water pressure in the shower-I don’t know if this is the shower head or a problem with pressure throughout the hotel, but it took me 40 minutes to shower and get shampoo/conditioner out of my hair (I usually take 10-15 minute showers…it really was just a trickle of water and ridiculous)! 2) breakfast - the options were great, but if you weren’t there within the first hour...

"The room was large and comfortable. The bed was great. There wasn’t enough light. We enjoyed the two easy chairs, but were sorry there were only tall chairs at the desk. Us old folks can’t use them. Having a dryer was a godsend after we were caught in the rain! Fantastic breakfasts. We hope to go back."

"This is the worst Marriott I’ve ever been to. The room was beyond filthy with hair and dirt covering the shower. Also, the hotel rented out the lobby for a party and it was extremely loud for hours and hours! This hotel doesn’t have the space for events such as a large birthday party and you practically had to crawl on top of people just to get to your room. The maintenance staff talked so loud in the hallway I essentially had to turn my TV all the way up as well as put on subtitles to watch...

"Nice physical plant. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Facility does not recycle. I found this to be stunning and irresponsible. Water tastes and smells atrocious. Stopper for the sink inoperable and was not repaired. 2-3 minutes required for water to be hot enough for shower or sink use. Breakfast buffet is a good value. Menu was very nice with standard items. Staff was pleasant and attentive."

"Hotel was great for a last minute trip to Jacksonville for the family with kids, was able to get a room with a king size bed for the parents and a room with two queens connected to our room for the kids. Didn’t have to share the bathroom or the tv. Pool was great opened very early and was open late. Safe property will staff everywhere even in the middle of the night wil definitely stay again when visiting Jacksonville"
