"We were in town for a concert at the fillmore, we stayed two nights. The room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet."

"3 day stay - toilet broken first day - not repaired while we were there. We had to take the lid off and manually pull up the stopper to flush it. Air conditioning - minimal. Rooms are very dark and dingy. We used to stay here quite a bit, now it is dingy and needs to be redone. No counter in the bathroom to set anything on. sink had fallen off the wall at some point and looked like a 5-year old tried to repair it. Won't be back if we can help it. TV remote worked -- sometimes."
