He said there must be a sp;ring somewhere. No one ever came up and we had no use of the shower seat during our stay. I suggest a note of direction be taped close to the shower. Older handicapped like we were need easy facilities."

"Banging air conditioner unit, had to move to different room. Staff person assured that he'd help us do so. He left as soon as he knew A/C was OK. He acted indifferent--completely baffled that we wanted a room without a clanging A/C unit. I pointed out how dirty the upholstery was on a chair. He shrugged his shoulders and left fast. Similar chair in the quiet A/C unit room was just as dirty. I tried never to touch it! The manager needs to know about that young man. He is too stupid and / or too...
