"Staff was amazing, they helped accommodate our family 2 room reservation so we can have conjoining rooms. Beth at the front desk was amazing, as well as the other older gentleman. I didn’t get his name but helped us when our children locked our room. The breakfast was amazing, room was clean, we are definitely coming back!! 10/10"

"Everything was great! Complimentary buffet dinner and drinks, and delicious complimentary breakfast. Friendly helpful staff, clean accommodations and a nice pool and hot tub. Comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. What more could you ask for and all at a reasonable price. My new go to in Charlotte!!!!"

"We found the staff checking us in unhelpful and not friendly. We had questions about the pay to park and didn’t appreciate the way we were approached. The other staff member was friendly, not ours. Breakfast was fine, not over the top but adequate. The room was clean and easy to control the temperature in the room."

"I liked the fact the the property was close to the airport. It would have been nice if they shared there was a complementary shuttle to to airport, Yes, I checked in after 11pm, but I did not feel welcome t check-in, rather I felt like I interrupted the team’s conversation. Once a guest gets in front of the agent, they were supposed to stop what they were doing and give 100%. This did not happen."
