I was then switched to another room, which was much better but had a dresser that drawers hung out and wouldn’t close and broken hangers in the closet and a partially sticky floor. "This is my second stay at Art and Lodging South Bend. It is five stars across the board. Conveniently located near downtown. Convenient to Mishawaka and the Lake Michigan beach resort towns. The home has tons of character, is well maintained, clean, and beautiful. The beds are great. There’s nothing not to like."

"Property is in the midst of a large renovation. As a result, a little chaotic and dusty. However, with that said staff was super helpful and friendly. Nice location, reasonable and will be beautiful once rents are complete!"
