"Very nice and friendly. Very clean. No issues"

"The pictures online are a little deceiving when you look at the first few ones. It looks like all the rooms are inside the hotel but if you go halfway through, you, see the rooms on the outside… When I got there, I had to walk all the way to the end and up to the third floor (there was an elevator )to my room the outside definitely needs some work, but the inside was redone, very clean and updated except for the older couch. There was no smell, and I felt comfortable in it, but I absolutely do...

"The room has a distinctive unpleasant smell. Likely pet odor. Hotel has no other available rooms so we cancelled. Need Expedia support to ensure no charge."

"Buenas ubicación y tienen el trasporte al aeropuerto disponible"

"Breakfast was very nice and had a variety of choices. Make sure to get there early! Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"We really picked a great location to stay. Very convenient and walking distance to nearby restaurants and grocery stores."

"Quality attention to detail, ease with checking in and out. Relaxing atmosphere. Overall best stay ive ever had."

"Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator. We did help a couple of guests...

"The staff was professional and kind the room was spacious and pet friendly everything was clean very clean also the amenities where plentiful not stingy with extra everyday needs such as tissue , paper towels and etc. the food was great nothing to complain about this will be my go to every time I go to charlotte"

"The reception was awesome because of the staff. I arrived early before noon, and the staff help getting me into a room in a timely manner. Michael was helpful in getting me checked in, while also keeping me laughing. The room was clean and stocked with everything I needed."

"A clean room, multiple options for the complimentary breakfast, and a beautiful view of the skyline. This location isn’t far at all from downtown and they had quality snacks, and wine/beer for purchase in the lobby. We will be sure to stay here again in the future!"
