"Really nice room and staff"

"I have to say the check in went a bit rough for no reason. The guy who helped my daughter and I was abrasive and too forceful explaining the deposit to us …I think this guy needs to work on his customer servixe some. Maybe he will show some kindness and respect to 2 ladies who could have stayed anywhere !! Nice quiet stay ..beds were super comfortable and room was nice size. Oh and the shower. The shower was simply amazing. I think j showered 6 times in 2 days. Great stay. We will return...

"It wasn’t my first choice of places to stay because Motel 6 doesn’t have the best reputation. The room was clean. And there was one towel for each of us. We asked for more towels and we were told we had to turn in our other ones before we could get another towel. I also was unaware that we were literally right next to a freeway. We asked the hotel if they had beach towels to use and we were told no we were also told we couldn’t use the bath towels. Parking was pretty good the first two nights...

"The rooms can have better smell because they smell old and dirty air. The rooms can be cleaned with detail because we found hairs, carpet was dirty and dust on furniture."

"We ended up staying here after checking out of another hotel early, and we're glad we did! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and that's exactly what we were looking for. The only downside was check-in. A couple younger female front desk staff seemed a bit uninterested and barely looked up to acknowledge us, but the process was still quick and efficient. We skipped the hotel restaurant since we ate out every night, but the ice cream hit the spot. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable...

"I liked the proximity to the Toy Story parking lot shuttle. Breakfast before heading to the park was perfect! The adults appreciated the coffee and Togo cups in the lobby! During breakfast a staff member gave us a balloon with a duck, we tied it to our stroller. This was great to have as it was easy to spot our stroller in the parks if they were moved. We had a room that faced Disneyland park, so watching the fireworks from our room the evening we got there was great for the kids....
