"Old school home. Has everything you need. Clean. Not really close to stores so bring groceries. Be nice if it had a bbq. Great area to stay if you want to get outdoors. Lots of firewood there. Lit the stove in the backyard and had a quiet evening. "

"We loved how private it was and had everything we needed. Being right on the pond was also a bonus. The gazebo right by the water was such a nice touch and beautiful to use either in the daytime to get away from the flies or the night time with all the lights on 😍 also very modern! They were to the minute on timing as the cleaner was there til exactly our check in at 4 and she showed back up exactly at 11:00 the next morning. Not a problem as those were the hours. The lawn maintenance guy...

"This is such a cute home in an excellent location right on the water. The check in process was very smooth, and everything we could have possibly needed was available in the home. 20 minutes to St. John’s and grocery stores close by. Thank you for the stay!"

"North River is stunning! The pictures cannot depict its beauty inside and out! Spacious enough for all 8 of us. Fully equipped with everything we needed. We made good use of the hot tub and pool. We even had an Eagle sitting on our vehicle! The views to the outdoors are beautiful all around! Would definitely stay here again, the next time we visit. "
