"Quiet, clean, hassle free check in. I just don’t like the fact that tge second time I spend 2 days there and the second trip, I gotta go to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed to get back in my room a day prior to the day of check out."

"Had a great clean room. Elevator had what appeared to be animal hair (luckily my allergies wasn’t acting up). Room was great and clean. Although, upon entering room smelled as if someone just used the bathroom. Didn’t complain as I was only there for one night. The shower pressure was very lacking it was so low that it took longer for me to take a shower. Property owners need to look into the water pressure. Other than that room was great and staff were all welcoming."

"I can't speak to every guest's experience, but I can speak to how this hotel handled a serious issue involving one of my employees. During her stay, she discovered bedbugs in her room. While the hotel did move her to another room, that was the extent of the support provided. There was no manager on site to address the situation, no one followed up to check on her well-being, and no apology was offered for what is a very stressful experience. As her manager, I attempted to contact the hotel to...
