"The worst fitness room in the world. I have spent 100 nights in hotels this year I've stayed at this hotel 20 times in a year. Won't be back. No a/c TV's don't work. The Machines doesn't work. It is bizarre--as if somehow the hotel doesn't have a key to the place. What a shame, the staff are otherwise delightful. This is a problem with ownership and management."

The weather was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning maintained cool temps in our room at all times. We will stay here again in the future when visiting OU."

"The room that I got was not cleaned as good as it should have been. Deadbolt did not work. They had some guest that smoked marijuana (skunk weed) inside through their room and didn't do anything about them. I could smell it down the hallway and it actually infiltrated in my room under the door and it made me sick smelling it when I was trying to go to sleep. I reported it to the staff and they down the hallway and sprayed air freshener and getting kick out those people there was no smoking...

Comfortable beds & pillows. Helpful staff. My most important thing is if the hotel is clean and pest free. And this one is. It was fantastic!!"
