"Excellent hotel and amazing staff."

"The breakfast was ok. Not much variety and some weird choices. When you are staying there for several nights, breakfast is the same every morning."

"Our room was large, and the beds were super comfortable. Would highly recommend."

"Staff were very friendly, room clean, felt like a safe environment and nice continental breakfast was included. I would definitely stay here again and you couldn’t beat the price."

"We would definitely return. The beds are comfortable and hotel located in a quiet area."

"Clean place. There is no elevator but the hotel was clean and worth the money"

"We enjoyed our stay, rooms are clean and the shower was great! We really like the Spark ! Definitely recommend!"

"just outdated"

"Not the nicest Hyatt I've stayed in. The room was clean, but the toilet intermittently ran or would not flush and the room door did not auto close. You really had to intentionally pull it. Not very safe if you are traveling alone. Didn't mention either to the staff. They were either not available, or seemed generally uninterested in completing their jobs. A simple smile and good morning is always a great way to start the day."

"Breakfast was no great coffee awful. Place could use a makeover but clean. Staff at front desk was great."

"Everything was great but, the shower was terrible no water pressure & no hot water! Needs to be addressed!"

"It is so lovely and peaceful. We really enjoyed feeding the swans and ducks by the pond."
