"We went to Grand Haven to spend one day at the beautiful beach and then we wanted a place to spend the night before driving back home the next day. Check in was at 3:00pm, which we were fine with, but because we were there on one of the very, very HOT days we went there at 1:00 to see if they would hold our luggage so our toiletries (ie soap, lotions, my make up, aerosol hair products) didn’t melt or explode. "The property itself could use a little upkeep but overall, the towels were clean not stained, sheets were clean, no hairs, beds were comfortable and tub was clean, again no hairs or soap scum. For the price and only a half hour south from Michigan adventures right off 96. Id call it budget friendly."

"Not the cleanest hotel. Staff were frustrated when I was checking in due to the elevators being down. I was checked in very quickly. Debit card was swiped for security deposit and then I was handed a key. No explanation to where my room was, what the room number is, or where anything was. Was told pool and elevators were down and no idea when they would be back up. Our room was not the cleanest, bathroom looked freshly used but our beds were made 😊.
