"Excelente. Servicio"

"Great location about 5 minutes walk to the Dunn Loring metro station. Some shops and supermarkets nearby. Good size room, clean and confortable. The bed and mattress were amazing."

"I expected more from this Best Western. The hotel does not quite match what is advertised or what i would expect from the brand. The breakfast was acceptable but not very good. They serve powdered eggs, which were not particularly enjoyable. During our stay, we even saw a cockroach in the lobby. At checkout, we informed the front desk staff, but they did not seem very concerned or reactive to the comment. The air conditioning filter in the room was also dirty and could use proper maintenance....

"Increíble "

"A pile of dirt and dust in the corner... brown stains on the sleeper loveseat and smelt moldy"
