"It is a solid, good hotel. Nice view. The pool on the rooftop was nice, but it would be better to have better changing rooms and more spaces to relax. The breakfast buffet was ok."

"Beautiful hotel in excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, attractive and very comfortable. The lobby is in the 2nd floor. Check-in was fairly quick, and check-out was quick and smooth. I was able to store my luggage until time to head to airport. There is a nearby metro station, about 1 block away as well as a bus that goes to the airport (the A12) in about 45 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay here."

"The room is spacious considering how small hotel rooms in Hong Kong typically are. The room is clean, tidy and provides all the necessity for a comfortable stay. The staff also provided cash coupons for the restaurant within the hotel, the food was great and with the coupons provided, it's very affordable for the high quality buffet it provided. One of the better experiences I've had in recent years, highly recommended."

"A fabulous location and option if you want to be in the heart of the city. Lots of transit options, excellent rates, rooms are small (<200sq.ft.) but clean and well laid out for those only looking to explore. There is an excellent bar with good cocktails and a Michelin one star Cantonese that is mostly worth the cost (honey bbq pork especially). The rooftop pool is small but functional."

"Not a bad hotel. Close to a shopping centre and good eateries around. The MRT is also a 10 minute walk which is convenient. Much further out than central. Really small gym and pool so amenities weren’t great to use. Room was good, decent size but not for the price paid. Overall an okay hotel to stay at."

Very basic amenities provided, the towels are worn out and some even have holes in it. The one time slippers are paper thin. No iron & iron board. I had booked two room for me and my mom, the reservation department told Expedia that they have my two rooms reservation but the front desk could only see one room reservation, it took lot of back and forth within the hotel...
