"The service was not attentive enough. Staff did not proactively assist with luggage when I was leaving, and customers were not greeted in the hallway. The lobby was chaotic, and staff did not provide clear instructions. During checkout, staff did not notice that the fee had already been prepaid and tried to charge me again. "We stayed for 22 nights. The cleaning staff was exceptional. She checks in on me every day for the best time to clean our room. I have two children staying with me, and she gave us extra bottled water for the hot weather. The cleaning staff noticed the door was a bit hard to open due to the humid weather, and the door stop got loose, and she fixed them before I mentioned it, very attentive and proactive! The gym is phenomenal, and the pool takes up the whole floor. It is the best I have had so...
