"We got there close to midnight after driving for 15+ hours and just wanted to get some sleep. Unfortunately, when we got into the room, the toilet was aleady clogged. The gal at the front desk was helpful and got us into a new room right away but neither room was as clean as we were hoping for. The shower just had a pain of glass (without a door) so water ran all over the floor when we took a shower. When we were soaking up the water on the floor, we noticed that the floor was pretty dirty...

"The ice bucket had water and bugs in it my client who's mentally challenged went to take a shower not knowing better water went everywhere and I had to make him cover because we had no shower curtain and my client spilled a juice on bed I cleaned it best I could and they charge me a extra 30 dollars and there breakfast was nothing but waffles and begals"

"The property staff were awesome. Room was nice. The beds mattress were a little hard. The coffee in room needs creamer pods not that powder. Also Breakfast should be included in total price as other chains often are."

"Not a very clean place. Shower was dirty and there was the smell of urine in the room. The blind was also tattered, and the shower curtain was on a curved rail that allowed water to go outside the shower. Would not recommend"

"The hotel was clean and well maintained. The 2nd shift desk clerk was VERY nice and personable. My ONLY complaint was that I was hoping to check in early. The desk clerk without a beat said it’s $20 for early check in. Nothing else. Seemed rude and short with me."

"I stayed for a weeekend, Fri-Sunday. The evening staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The daytime staff was efficient, not as friendly, but still courteous. The room was comfortable and well presenting, but the shower tiles were a bit gross which made me feel uncertain about the other spaces. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical for a continental breakfast. If I had a choice, I wouldn’t stay again unless I knew for sure they did something sbout the bathroom...

"Stayed in the Royal Suite with my friend and it was a perfect getaway. We both had our private suite bedroom with bathroom, a common living room and kitchen. There was a nice pool and courtyard, the staff was awesome, and I would definitely stay again."
