Start to finish - not a great experience. Issues with the room, they said they were refunding the first night - never did. The room had a broken hair dryer and no body wash. The refrigerator had the previous guest’s food in it. Ordered a beer at the bar and the bottle was only 2/3 full…I looked at it funny and he asked “what? It’s not full enough for you?” Actually it struck me as odd it wasn’t full - I was more worried something was wrong with it. He then asked “do you want a full one?” Yes, that would be nice. He was holding a personal conversation through his AirPods the entire time. Then another guest asked him for a menu, he seemed annoyed, told the person in his ear “hold on” handed it to the guest and never acknowledged the guest. She seemed confused at the lack of hospitality - he walked over and she said she was going to order and he said “you better hurry they are closing” and then went back to his phone conversation. The gal finally left. There was a complete lack of hospitality. Very surprising for a Marriott property. I’ve always had great experiences but if you are going to Elkhart - skip this one
