"Stayed the night before my wedding, paid for a king suite with a sofa bed but received a single queen standard room and was told that there “wasn’t much of a rate difference” and was given no explanation as to why I didn’t get the correct room. (My friends that paid for standard rooms, checked in after I did, got rooms that were bigger than mine and that had a sofa bed.) after a fire alarm evacuation at 11 pm, which I understand is no fault of the hotel, there was water pouring from the bathroom...

"Property"

"Rooms were a nice size. Beds were comfortable. Close to many restaurants"

"The property is being updated with new flooring, etc. However, I don't recommend Room 212. Smells from cooking, coffee, etc. come into the room. The shower plumbing access panel cover is laying on the floor, the bathroom outlet is broken off, the desk chair is broken, etc."

"Welcoming staff and exceptional room: clean, lots of pillows, lots of plug in spots for devices, a menu on the TV!, and wonderful breakfast options w all equipment working in the buffet. Gotta love a well run hotel with management that stays invested in the spaces and continues a to add to the experiences of the guests."

"We had a great time the staff was friendly and we had no problems"

"The room was very clean, and very nice. The breakfast provided with the cost of the room is off the chart. The number of options offered at breakfast was overwhelming. Good job"

"👍👍"

"The room was clean but can use some upgrades. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows and mattress to soft. The staff told us they had to charge us double the price to accommodate us for an additional night. Breakfast was on the one, nice setup."
