The rooms are nice smell good when you walk in. The beds are cozy. My kids loved the pool and the hot tub.They stay open till 1am. The breakfast is one of the perks we love.

Hot tub and pool were dirty , hot tub didn’t work, breakfast was terrible, rock hard biscuits, gravy tasted weird, coffee machine stopped working, juice and water machine was broken. Overall not a good experience.

The most disgusting hotel I have stayed at; it was dirty - rooms, hallways, amenities and all, the bathroom door didn’t slide all the way and the toilet paper holder was broken from wall, there’s no hand soap so they leave mini hand sanitizer bottles in the room, the room wasn’t ready when we checked in (at 4pm) and hotel didn’t appear well-maintained. The bed was soft, but I didn’t get much sleep from how uncomfortable I was with the room’s condition.

Wasn’t terrible. Definitely could use some updating for sure. The pool room has paint falling and peeling from the roof. Blow dryers didn’t work and no hair products were stocked. Chairs in room were broken and tore up. Price was decent. Good for a quick stay.

front desk was rude. laundry out of service, breakfast not good. not much there and no juice machine, it was out of order too. tv remote did not work. lamp had no light bulb. bathroom door did not close. stay away.

This hotel did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. There were food splatters on the walls, smudges on the mirrors, sticky bathroom floors, filthy trash cans, and dirty floors throughout the common areas. The property also appeared poorly maintained, with peeling wallpaper and room numbers falling off the walls and rewritten in Sharpie. The water fountain was also dirty, and there was no bottled water available at the front desk or in the vending machine. The amenities were very limited. There was no smart TV for streaming services like Netflix, no proper nightstand by the bed, minimal toiletries and towels, and only one washer and dryer for the entire hotel, with the dryer broken during my stay. Breakfast was extremely minimal and clearly budget-focused. There were also a couple uncomfortable interactions at the front desk involving guests having issues paying for their stays, which created an awkward atmosphere. I do appreciate that the manager was kind enough to provide a late checkout and the sheets were very soft.

The room was in good condition with cleanliness. However, there were 4 of us and only two towels and no conditioner. Also, we arrived to hotel around 4pm and couldn't get into room until a little after 5pm. We were given pool access while we waited.

Very misleading pictures online. The pool and hot tub were vile, cloudy, sediments on the benches in the hot tub. No towels to use, I don’t believe the floor had been mopped ever. The room was filthy. Looked like there was blood on the curtains. We checked in for about 3 hours and left. The walls had very clear areas that were dirty and had not been wiped down. The hallways smelled like smoke, there were odd stains on the stairs. A random wet towel piled in the corner of one stair. Weird vibes from staff. On the room door where the metal reinforcement is, to add extra protection, looked like it had been broken into it. I didn’t even ask for my money back, we just fled.

Property is definitely run down in some areas. Elevator was broken for the duration of our stay. Breakfast buffet had some decent options but the juice machine was also broken. Room was clean, but the bed was not the most comfortable and the walls are quite thin. We had to ask for toilet paper, as it wasn't restocked before our arrival. Highlight was the pool and hot tub, though the jets were malfunctioning so they weren't worth using. Wasn't a leisure trip for us, just a weekend stayover while we finished a favor for some family - can't complain too much with that context. Definitely wouldn't recommend it as vacation lodgings, but if you're just passing through it'll get you by.

Staff is ok. I stayed in this same hotel in Sept when a big event was local. It was much nicer well maintained. This time I had to ask for everything breakfast closes early with little options pool. I guess with this place price is what your service is based on. I paid 150 then and 86 this time. smh

Very poor service and stay. Hot tub was cold. Beds were terrible. Breakfast was terrible and barely any food. Not very clean and upon arrival the whole place smelled liked weed.
