"Expedia canceled my reservations at the last minute. I was enjoying my event and did not realize they canceled it until I went to check in around midnight. Very disappointed and frustrated because I could not find another hotel. I had a two night reservation stay out of town. I had to sleep in the car for the first night because I could not find a hotel. Even though I had my reservations over a week ago. Hotel seemed like it was nice, but I didn’t get to experience it."

"The staff was very friendly and willing to assist with any problems we had (tv was not connected when we arrived and they fixed that very quickly. The air conditioner could not be adjusted with thermostat so they found a workaround.) I stayed because they offered a breakfast and it was close to where I had to go in Shorewood. I did not eat the breakfast that was offered. But it was close to my brother's home. One out of two's not bad. I would stay here again. I would give it a 4 out of 5...

"Seriously, I am a very picky guy👀👀 ….this place really great extremely clean great staff good breakfast good location close to a highway and you don’t have to worry about I noise because it’s not right on the highway so it’s very quiet. They have grilled downstairs. You can bring your own meat and grill if you’d like to cook your own food then nice kitchen in the suite"
