I thought all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. A little soft for my taste but still fairly comfortable.

Super Hotel mit guter Lage zum TimesSquare. Frühstück für Amerikanische Verhältnisse echt super 👍
Zimmer nicht besonders groß aber trotzdem sehr gut aufgeteilt und modern ausgestattet. Betten für unsere Verhältnisse etwas zu weich aber damit kann man leben. Etwas Baustellen Lärm aber das übertönt meist der Laute Verkehr der 8th Ave. Das Personal ist beim Frühstück gut organisiert und die Zimmerreinigung mit Handtuch Tausch fand jeden Tag statt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 🗽
