"I have stayed there before and requested the same room, but when we checked in, we got a totally different room which was dirty. Other’s people hair in on the floor and in the bathroom! The 1st night was horrible, we got struck on the 2nd floor and we could not slope the entire night! The people upstairs running around and the TRAIN! When it came through..I thought it was an earthquake! "

"Overall the hotel was fine. I appreciated the trails at the lake nearby. My room had a door to an adjoining room. The door had a large gap underneath so I could hear everything happening in the adjoining room. I asked for a new room but they said they were full and could not accommodate me."
