"First, the tv wouldn’t turn on. Second, the phone had no cord for the receiver to the phone, so it was I’mpossible to call the front desk about the tv. I had to call the corporate office, on my cell to get the number for the front desk. They came with a different remote and turned it on.. Then it wouldn’t turn off when I was ready to go to sleep. "The hotel and room were very clean. I expected a little more for breakfast but it was free and tasted fine. I booked a king bed and got 2 queen beds, not sure if that was an error on Expedia or hotels side. Checked in late for a one night stay so didn't question it. The room seemed bigger than what was booked online so it was nice."

"I was only at the hotel for a quick overnight airport connection layover. I chose this hotel for the airport shuttle. What I did not realize was that the shuttle starts at 0430 which was not early enough for a 0500 flight. It was an additional cost to call a Uber for a 0400 pick up. The room was comfortable enough."

"Everything was fine, this is a nice hotel. The only problem I had is the level of noise coming from New Circle Rd. I've stayed here in the past and dont remember it being like that. Mayybe it was just bad luck or an entire motorcycle club coming through town between 11pm and 3am! I'd stay here again but will definitely request to be on the far side away from the road."
