"The floor was filthy , had to mop floor first night. Which was very frustrating. Overall , extremely disappointed . All amenities were in the casino ( gym, pool Restaurant Etc. )Which was in the next parking lot over, I was explained the hotel and motor lodge had amenities , but was never made aware they were all in the Casino Building. Therefore, we were unable to use them. Also, every time the bathroom sink was used there was an awful ( sewer) smell which permeated our entire room and...

"The faucet did not work property in the bathroom. No pressure and no hot water. I had to brush my teeth at the kitchen sink, the jacuzzi in the room did not work. The sent someone and he could not fix it. The front desk made a huge deal in giving me a wattle bottle and they did not want to give me points to compensate how awful the room was. They only refunded the resort fee. I did not have a good experience."

"I was expecting the place to look like the picture but it was the opposite. The place was run down. Weeds 2ft tall. No yard work anywhere. Pool was empty with green mold in it. All exterior furniture was brocken and flipped all around the property. The interior of the room smelled like mildew. Dust and webs on the lights. Toilet smelled like urine. Plywood over windows and stairways. Open framing to the building. Contruction workers were making noise there and staying at the hotel making noise...

"Great valley view from the rooms. You have few steps to reach the room. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, kitchen had good utensils for 6 people. ~15mins drive from south Lake Tahoe and good shops. Overall great stay for family."

"The hotel was a very good price for where it is. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean when we first entered. The lighting next to the bed would be the only complaint. The lights were broken and did not light up the bed area. The bar and outdoor music was cool and created a nice atmosphere. "For $360/night this was a disappointment. Very few amenities. Most amenities are not available beyond 7pm. Pretty lackluster grounds. The interior courtyard looks very much like a kid’s summer camp. The TV offers no film channels- just basic cable. It actually stopped working on the 2nd night. If you try to stream, the buffering is so slow you just give up. Housekeeping didn’t come by all weekend. Definitely would not go back. It was clean, the bed was great. Not the worst experience but way too...

"Beautiful hotel, located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe with shopping and hiking right there. There was a live band in the center of the mall on Friday and Sat nights. Lots of activities, a kid's center and a small restaurant. Our room had a full kitchen and a lovely bathroom with a large sauna/bathtub. The bed was comfortable, not too soft and not too hard."
