"2nd time at the Kissel. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. A smaller 7 floor hotel which I like with a restaurant in the lobby that has limited hours. The rooms are nice and clean and well appointed. One of the recommendations I have for the Kissel is the staff are not as pleasant as one expect from the Hyatt. "Well maintained property, clean and attractive. Good quality furnishings. The large mini frig was a plus. HVAC worked well. Renovated bathroom was well done. Plenty of electrical outlets. Fairly quiet in area towards the back of the property. Lots of off street parking. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
