"I loved staying here- clean facility and friendliest staff. Especially front desk. Male Hispanic was outstanding. Very courteous and professional. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars is for the gym facility. It had a very strange odor and the tvs and a/c in there didn't work. Otherwise great hot tub and comfy rooms."

"We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in North Aurora, IL, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. When we first arrived, the room had a strong foul odor, but we decided to just deal with it and move on. Later that night around 10 PM, we discovered dog poop in the room. At that point, the staff did move us to another room, but the replacement room only had a single king bed instead of the two-bed room we originally booked for my wife, daughter, and me. "Terrible stay. From the moment I entered my room, I found an ozone generator running, which made me cough and caused lung irritation throughout the day. These machines are too risky to have on when guests arrive and should never be used in occupied rooms, as they can be dangerous to people and animals. They switched my room, but the issues continued. "I travel frequently for work and stay in many hotels! My genuine review: Very clean rooms, beds were actually comfortable, rooms are quiet! Staff was so-so, not bad, but not stellar. Location is amazing. Breakfast is literally top 3 for me the past few years in terms of hotels, legit was a solid perk on top of the amazing rooms. I travel to Chicago area often, and this is 99% my go to stay!"
