"Das Personal war immer freundlich sobald es Fragen jeglicher Art gab. Vermisst habe ich die positive, lockere Ausstrahlung im Umgang. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts habe ich ein Lächeln der Mitarbeiter sehr vermisst. "Danke", Bitte" "Wünsche für den Tag" davon war im Bereich des Frühstückraums nichts zu spüren. Stumme Diener!? Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. "

"The staff were amazing. Really friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The whole experience was wonderful from the minute we stepped in to reception to when we left. The place is soaked in history and having a huge cocktail bar and foodhall downstairs was ideal. Breakfast at the green egg was fabulous...even managed to get a mimosa included in the price. Fabulous experience...we'll definitely be back. Special thanks to Bartek and Christopher as well as all the reception staff...they really made...

"Good location bring a short walk to the main railway station snd the Christmas market. An excellent restaurant ( the Swojski Smak) is located across the road and was so good we ate there 3 nights out of 4 we were there. Breskfast was plentiful and filling."

"Old owners that weren't taking care of the place left and the new owners are doing a great job renovating and cleaning the place up to much higher standards. If there was anything that we needed we just asked and our needs were met instantly. Even though it's an older place,it's well taken care of and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. Big balcony attached. "
