"The property looks new and clean. Service was excellent. We were offered private bath for the nights we stayed. No laundry within the facility but there are nearby laundry facilities if you need clothes washed. Would recommend a car if staying in this hotel to explore the Mt. Fuji area. "

"I really like this place. It was very cool and relaxing while there. The service was great and the lobby was very relaxing with very comfortable furniture. The place was a little walk uphill from the bus station and getting taxis were not easy depending on when you arrive. "House was dirty to include a bag in the sink with fruit flies under as soon as I moved it. Some black things in the bathtub. Mini oven was just dirty. Multiple other things but could have been better. I would highly recommend to get another fan because it was really hot. Last thing is finding it. It was dark out so I know it made it way harder but the map on the app and address and direction pamphlet all said different things. Took me an hour to find the place. I almost booked another hotel. "The property is nice and Quiet. You can hear the forest talk in the morning. And morning walks to the local village was one of my highlights of my stay. The owner help me a lot and went way out of the way to help me. I hopped on a plane from America to Japan with a backpack and a few days worth of clothes. I don’t speak Japanese and had never been to Japan. They helped me navigate the train system in Japan and get me to the nearest station and had a driver come pick me up. I went to Japan to see...
