"This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are very kind. The early 20th C modernist architecture has been lovingly respected and restored, and interiors are modernized without eye-sore. "The environment is really pretty and tropical, lot of trees . Room is nice, staff very helpful, food is good. The only drawback is it’s kind of far from city. You will need taxi for most of the activities. The hotel is walking distance to DianChi only. Overall, hotel is nice for getaway , but not too convenient if you are here for touring the city "

"We stayed here twice in transit. The property is clean and neat. The service was good. The airport shuttle requires a reservation from the airport and it is inconvenient if you are just transiting, particularly if you don’t have a China phone number.
