The rooms are really clean but I had a hassle as a guest from another room called the police as my 1-year-old boy was screaming after reaching a new hotel at 10:30 PM. We were in bed and the room was dark at 12:15 am and we were trying to console our baby so that he would sleep. Then we heard the knocking on the door and we found Police outside. My son was frightened and I was detained outside of room as suspected domestic abuser but my wife clearly dined and confirmed that it was our son who was screaming as its a new place for him.

I highly recommend The Golden Spur. The check-in process was very convenient and I loved the keypad entry system. The room was very clean and spacious. It was in a great location and we felt very safe. It was close to several awesome local places to eat and only a 30 minute drive to Bryce.

Stayed overnight, arrived late and needed to leave early. No hot water, just warm if the hot water tap (only) was on full blast.Informed host and they did get back to us reminding us to check out at 11 then informed us the situation would be corrected for our convenience the day we are checking out. No help to us at that point.What should always be available for guestsAt all times.A bed, toilet, sink, lights, towels, toilet paper and running water both HOT and cold. No exceptions

Check-in was a disaster. There is no on site. I received a text with the room number and door code. The door code didn't work, and a red error code was received. I had to wait ten minutes before I could try again, which resulted in another failed attempt, followed by another ten-minute wait. Finally, after trying four more times, I called the motel number and was given another code. After three more tries, requiring another 30 minutes, I called again and was assigned another room at the back of the motel, requiring a long walk around the back of the motel, with no direct access to the car. Since there are no carts, this would have us to carry our stuff to the room, which we couldn't do since we are old and I am 100% disabled. So, we went down the street to the Blue Pine Motel, where we got a very nice room from a real person at the front desk.

The room was clean however there is no place to hang anything - no clothes, jackets, etc. Also there was a huge water puddle right in front of our room that we had to walk thru every time we brought stuff in from our car which in turn meant that we tracked in wet shoes. There is a fridge & coffee maker but no place to sit & eat.
