Upstairs, the loft becomes a flexible hangout space complete with arcade game and PS5. The home balances shared spaces with private suites, giving every guest room to relax.

Two full laundry rooms add convenience for beach days and extended stays.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private backyard and pool area as well as the onsite parking. The home is entirely private for your group to enjoy.



The back house is reserved for owner storage and is not part of the guest-accessible space. Guests do not have access to this area.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in Laguna Beach, a residential beach community on the west side of Panama City Beach. The neighborhood has a relaxed, local beach-town feel and is made up primarily of residential homes and beach cottages.



One of the highlights of the location is its proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful white-sand beaches. Guests can also easily access nearby local conveniences, including Carousel Supermarket and Thomas' Donuts, which are just a short walk from the property.



While Laguna Beach offers a quieter residential setting, you're still close to the restaurants, shopping, and attractions of Panama City Beach, making it a convenient home base for enjoying the area.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Panama City Beach, especially for exploring restaurants, shopping, attractions, and other areas of the beach. The home is located in the Laguna Beach area, with convenient access to Front Beach Road and the main roads connecting you to the rest of Panama City Beach.



For shorter trips, biking can be a great way to explore the local area. Rideshare services are also available for guests who prefer not to drive.



Panama City Beach also offers Bay County Transit, with bus service connecting different areas of the beach and surrounding communities.



If you're heading to Pier Park, the Russell-Fields City Pier, or other popular attractions, driving is generally the most convenient option. Keep in mind that traffic can be heavier during peak season, particularly along Front Beach Road.

• Primary guest must be 21+ and remain onsite.
