Welcome to Rosemary Our Way hosted by Holiday Beach Rentals! Located in the private Rosemary Beach neighborhood along 30A, this stunning home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests and is pet friendly!

The first floor of this home offers two well-appointed guest suites designed for comfort and privacy. One suite features a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, while the other includes a queen bed with its own en-suite and walk-in shower. A small wet bar adds convenience, along with an organized nook stocked with beach towels. An elevator provides easy access to the upper levels.

The second floor offers a comfortable sitting area and a private balcony overlooking the backyard, creating a relaxing space to unwind. This level includes a queen bedroom with a private en-suite featuring a shower and tub combo, as well as a spacious king master suite with a luxurious en-suite bath complete with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The master also enjoys its own private walkout balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and peaceful surroundings.

Going up to the 3rd floor, there's an open-concept living area, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for gathering and entertaining. Two separate dining tables seat a total of 13 guests, with additional seating for 5 at the spacious kitchen island. A small wet bar with a beverage fridge adds extra convenience. Step out onto the private walkout balcony, where an outdoor dining area accommodates 6 guests for meals enjoyed in the coastal breeze. There's also a half bathroom on this floor.

The top level of the home is a spacious retreat perfect for larger groups or kids, featuring two queen-over-queen bunk beds and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This floor also boasts two private walkout balconies, offering plenty of natural light and quiet spots to relax after a day at the beach.

A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home. Please note it only travels between the 1st-3rd floors. The 4th floor can be accessed only by stairs.
This home includes four adult bikes with your stay. They are located in the bike rack outside the home. There is also a cornhole game for guest use.

Guests must keep amenity cards on them at all times. This is the only way to access Rosemary Beach walkovers and community pools. Remember to leave amenity cards in the property after checkout!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:

Pet Policy: Non-shedding, housebroken dogs up to 50 pounds are allowed in this home. A non-refundable pet fee of $350 + tax applies to first dog. One additional dog may be added for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, and guests must clean up any dog waste. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture at any time and should not be left unattended at any time unless crated. Dogs are not allowed on the beach per Walton County Code enforcement. You will be fined heavily by Walton County for unlicensed dog/s on the beach. No cats or other pets are allowed. If the property is damaged by the dog(s) or excessive housekeeping is required, you will be billed for the amount required to remedy the damage and cover the costs of additional housekeeping.

No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.

Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.

Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.

Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
