Welcome to one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world and to Watercrest! This condo is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has amazing views as far as the eye can see to the East and the West. The balcony is spectacular as it affords ample space to dine or enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you watch the sunset over the Gulf.
What you will appreciate most is that you have a great view of the ocean from most rooms in the condo with large floor to ceiling glass panels and sliding glass doors. The master suite has a king size bed with full bath and the second bedroom has two queen size beds with a full bath across the hallway. The living room has a new leather sectional, leather swivel chairs and 75" Samsung Q-LED Smart TV. The well stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You will appreciate the attention to details that will make this a vacation with wonderful memories!

When you are ready to come off the beach, a variety of amusement parks and entertainment centers are ready to provide a day of family fun. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster s is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park, Wonderworks, Ripley s Believe It or Not. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do! We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest your family and friends. Panama City Beach in it s entirety is committed to providing a variety of recreation aside from beach activities.

Watercrest is located at the East End of the beach which is an added plus because traffic is never an issue but you are conveniently located to all the attractions Panama City Beach has to offer! Come play with us!

We enjoyed our stay as usual. We love Watercrest and have stayed there multiple times. Property manager was a little slow in replying to messages but overall was good. I asked twice about the parking information so that I could register our vehicle ahead of time and the information was not provided ahead of time. It turned out fine though. The primary bedroom was considerably warmer than the rest of the space even though the blinds and drapes were closed the entire time. I ended up putting a fan in the doorway to draw some of the coolness in from the other rooms and that seemed to help. Views were awesome as always.

The condo was beautiful! I will have to say the deal with the AC and the master bedroom is concerning. It is noted in a few places (on reviews and on a sheet at the condo) it is because of the room being so far from the AC unit, but I don't believe that is the problem. I think you should get that looked at, the temperature in that bedroom is REALLY, REALLY hotter than the rest of the condo, I think you have a duct issue! I loved the view, the furniture was comfortable, loved having a beach set up provided. The beach and water during our stay was beautiful! I will also note don't rely on freezer for your ice needs, it doesn't make much ice at all and this model fridge doesn't have filtered water. Dave was available for any questions I had and we enjoyed our trip!

The fantastic views were our favorite!! Bed was very comfortable as well! Loved having the beach chairs available for use. The only improvement that I can think of would be to have a walk in shower in the master bath.

Beautiful views

We had a nice stay and the view was amazing. The details are misleading. It said beach chairs and we assumed enough for everyone staying there but you only get 2 and then have to pay for extra. There were no beach towels. Although the manager brought us some towels to use as beach towels while he addressed other things. He said he would come back the next day with actual beach towels and a new AC filter because the one you could see was very dirty. He never returned and no further communication. Just not as expected but otherwise it was a nice stay.

We loved staying at this condo! The location is great. The room was nice and had all of the amenities. The beds were also very comfortable. The beach chairs are a great bonus. Communication with the host was very easy and he responded quickly to any of our questions. I hope we get to come stay here again very soon.

Wonderful location!!! Right on the beach; FANTASTIC views; roomy and LOVE the reserved beach chairs. My only suggestion is to upgrade the airconditioning for older women like myself who need a "colder" room in which to sleep. The master bedrom is farthest from the air conditioning system and thus not as cool as the rest of the condo.

Fun in the sun

Very clean and beautiful views. Parking fee was changed when we arrived and had to pay more as well as the process for parking pass. Master bed room got a little warm only on the last night even though we followed their instructions. We broke out the fan they had in the closet which helped greatly. Wasn't so warm you couldn't sleep. Absolutely I would stay there again. Beautiful furniture on the balcony which we utilized a lot. Bring your binoculars!

We enjoyed the beautiful views comfy furniture in den area. Master gets a tad bit warmer than the rest of the condo even with the shades down all day. David was very helpful and responded on all my questions. Even brought a tea jug to make my decaf tea in.

Spectacular view

Very nice oceanfront condo and David was very responsive. It's right on the beach! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. I especially liked the chairs / umbrella the fact that people were not allowed to set up tents or umbrellas in front of them.

Beyond Expectations

Excellent. Minor issues that did not take away from the overall experience. We will be back and this will definitely be our 1st choice. We have stayed in many condos in Destin (15years) This was by far the best one we have ever rented.

Wonderful stay at Watercrest

We stayed as a couple on 9/9 - 9/15. Communication up to/check-in/and during stay were perfect. The condo is as pictured and the views are outstanding. This is our third stay at Watercrest. Once in OCT then APR and now SEPT. The bed in Master is slightly 'worn' with 'imprints' due to pillow top and slightly 'slanted', but it was comfortable enough. Some minor 'cleaning' issues have been reported directly to booking. Make sure to adhere to the A/C instructions and there will be no issues. Book this condo with no worries. The facility and condo are a delight. We love this 'end' of Panama City Beach.

Beautiful Views

We loved the views of the beach from this property. The furnishings were nice and the bed was comfortable. The beach chairs were a definite plus. The only complaint we had was the bedroom was a little warm, but the big fan in the closet helped a lot. Would recommend this property to anyone.

10th Anniversary Trip

This property was everything the listing says! I will say, please pay attention to the note on the thermostat and read the instructions. If you do that, you will stay cool! The floor to ceiling windows makes for an amazing view but with that comes the heat from the sun!
