We absolutely loved this place. It was so nice to have our own house vs. a hotel room but still have the accommodations of a resort. Very safe and clean. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer.

Our stay at Margaritaville Beach Resort was perfect — everything looked just like the pictures! The property is extremely well maintained, and you can tell they have a large maintenance and staff team constantly taking care of everything. We loved the private beach access, the pool, and the lazy river. There’s even a margarita machine, which was such a fun touch. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing, clean, and family-friendly. The only small detail was that the stairs leading to the second level where the top bunk is are very steep. My husband is 6ft tall and accidentally hit his head while coming down the stairs. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would definitely come back again.

The property is new and exceptional. For families wanting more space and an elevated experience from large hotels there is no better option at the price point. Also great music and margaritas - try the perfect margarita!

Probalby my own fault, however, I expected a larger villa on the beach. When I clicked on our villa when booking, I was only shown the Beach Villas layout and rooms. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out what my Villa looked like upon checkin. Also, no towel racks in lower bath, the patio had no covering (roof) so when in rained or on return from a day in in the Sun, we had go eat inside.Also, the property doesn't sleep "10 people", it sleeps "5 couples". Suttle but important distinction when you have 4-20+ grandchildren. Two had to sleep on a couch. If I was shown photos of the rooms I wouldn't have booked this particular villa. Alli-in-all, I would not return. PS: all personel were very accomodating

Love Margarittaville places. Staff were super kind and helpful. The room needed a little deep cleaning - walls were marked up and stairs were dirty. We also found drink tops under the nightstand. Otherwise, it was a fabulous place.

This property was amazing. The restaurant had great tasting food with nice size portions. The bungalow was cute, clean and the bed was so comfortable. I traveled with my family and we will be returning soon. This place gets 5 stars from me!!

The Surf Bungalow was amazing! We loved that the kids had their own space and bathroom upstairs. Queen bunks!! I do wish they provided more cooking pot options. We did alot of washing with only two tiny pots. We were not satisfied with communication or friendliness of front desk staff. We had to call several times and they either don’t call back or show up. The first night we needed a blanket and they never brought it. We asked how much it would be to extend our stay. Instead of calling us back with a price like they said they would, they charged my card and I still haven’t been refunded. The lazy river is heated which was amazing bc the beach and other pools were too cold. I do wish they had round pool floats instead of the flat noodles. The entire water park area was clean and had very kind staff. The beach was only like a 2 minute walk across the street. We definitely recommend this property and would stay again. I do hope they get better with communication. It wasn’t just us. We saw other negative interactions with front desk staff and visitors. Washer/dryer are not in surf bungalows. I wish this was clear on the website. The pictures showed them.

While the property is relatively new, it is already showing noticeable signs of wear. In the loft bathroom, part of the wall near the sink was peeling, and the main floor bathroom door would not open beyond about 60 degrees, making the space feel cramped and awkward to use. The overall service experience was also disappointing. Staff came across as cold and unwelcoming. For instance, when we asked for pool towels, we were simply pointed in their direction without any verbal response or courtesy. On another occasion, after reporting that we repeatedly found spiders in our bed, we overheard a front desk staff member respond over the phone with, “What do you want from me?”—which was both surprising and concerning. Additionally, the quality of the towels and paper products did not meet expectations. Several towels appeared stained, which raised concerns about cleanliness. We were also disappointed to find that the main pool with the water slides is not heated, resulting in most guests crowding into the heated lazy river. Overall, the experience fell short of what we anticipated, especially given the property’s relatively recent opening and the price.
