Pinkie Flamingo Welcomes You to Beach Please!
King / Queen / Twin Over Queen Bunk w Trundle / Sleeper Sofa
Perfectly poised in Prominence, Beach Please is a stylishly appointed 2-story townhome designed to brighten your day and your stay. As a Florida native, Pinkie always appreciated lots of sunshine and this little guest nest did not disappoint. Numerous windows let in the re-vitalizing Florida sun and seemed to flood the open room with good cheer. Pinkie smiled as she basked in the coastal ambience. Classic appointments like distressed wood flooring, blue and white slipcovered furniture, shiplap walls all combined to create a cool and relaxing vibe. Pinkie could envision friends and family gathering around the large kitchen island while the chef of the group whipped up a memorable feast. The clean, modern kitchen featuring stainless appliances would serve as the perfect backdrop for such an occasion. Plates, silverware, drinkware, pots and pans all seemed in order.
Noting the first-floor powder room plus laundry room with full-size washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, Pinkie knew these assets are always prized in a vacation rental. French doors lead out to a large deck overlooking the gently sloping green lawn behind the house and the fresh Gulf breeze gently tousled Pinkie's feathers. As she headed back inside she decided to peak into the garage. A 6-seater golf cart stood waiting to whisk house guests to the beach or anywhere they desired. “That is sweet!” said Pinkie out loud. “It is great that it is included with the rental too”. Golf carts are street legal here along 30A so no one should miss out on the fun.
Wandering upstairs nest, Pinkie discovered the Master Suite with King bed and attached bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms shared a hall bath with tub/shower combo. The Queen room was fun and popped with snappy art. Kids will love the bunk room with twin single bunk over full bunk with pull-out twin trundle. What a great hang-out spot!
Pinkie was very familiar with this stretch of 30A and loved the energy of the vibrant section of the winding coastal highway emanating from The Big Chill…a spectacular gathering spot featuring a collection of shops, restaurants and live performance venue ....right across the street from Prominence! In addition, her guests always enjoyed access to the community's outstanding amenities including the sparkling 5000 sq ft pool, located in the center of the neighborhood. The expansive pool deck and shady hammock zone, grills, plus state-of-the-art fitness center were all big hits. Nestled between the popular Seacrest/Rosemary/Alys communities to the East and Watersound/Seagrove to the West, fabulous local shopping and dining is all just a bike or golf cart ride away.
