Watercrest 1702 is a beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo—perfect for families who want comfort, convenience, and incredible beach views. From the private balcony on the 17th floor, you can watch the waves, spot dolphins, and enjoy unforgettable sunsets together.

Watercrest is known for being on the quieter, family-friendly end of Thomas Drive, with plenty of space to relax and play. The resort offers a seasonally heated pool, plus fun amenities the whole family can enjoy, including pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, and bocce ball.

A Tiki Hut snack bar opens seasonally at the pool (Mid-March through Late September), making it easy to grab treats without leaving the fun.

You’ll also love how close you are to great food and activities. Walk to Schooners or take a short drive to Grand Marlin, Captain Andersons, Shore Shack Pizza, and Patches Pub & Grill, along with ice cream shops, mini-golf, and family-friendly entertainment.

A signed rental agreement, government-issued ID, and security deposit are required for all bookings
HOA policy requires the primary booking guest to be 25 years or older
During peak season, minimum stay requirements may apply

Please Note:
Per Watercrest building and HOA rules, all guests must register their vehicles upon arrival and pay a Property Safety & Security fee of $57.50 per vehicle (up to two vehicles). A third vehicle is $87.50.

This fee is collected by the property, is required for all visitors, and cannot be waived or adjusted.

The owners provide guest with FREE BEACH SERVICE: 2 cabana chairs and 2 loungers plus 2 umbrellas on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

A Note on Coastal Living
Island life means embracing the beauty—and realities—of the coast. While Alba offers stunning views and refreshing sea breezes, guests may encounter local wildlife such as jellyfish, sharks, insects, palmetto bugs, and other native coastal creatures. Sand is a natural part of the beach environment and may occasionally find its way indoors.

The HOA pool is seasonally heated and subject to weather conditions.
Coastal weather can be unpredictable and may occasionally result in brief power or water interruptions. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen travel disruptions, weather events, or personal circumstances.
