My stay!!

The cleanliness was horrible. The carpet was very nasty. The beds were trash. Mattresses sink completely in. The tub had backed up water that smells like raw sewage.

The condo was overall a nice place to stay. Extremely well stocked kitchen for cooking your own meals. Great view from the balcony. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Our only complaint was the beds. None of the beds were comfortable, but for a quick week vacation, they did the trick.

Great location…terrible unit!!

The location is absolutely perfect. The unit was disgusting. The cleaning crew should be fired immediately! The walls were even filthy! The beds were all old and squeaky. There were bugs where the bunks are. There were also stains on the pullout sofa cover and sheets on one of the beds.

Poorly Upkept Unit

The resort was in a great location and we enjoyed the ease of check-in and checking out, but the unit was very poorly up kept and disappointing. The mattresses on the beds were like sleeping in a homeless shelter so we had no rest while we there and half of the lightbulbs in the main living areas were out and no maintenance person ever showed up to assist even after we called as soon as we arrived. The extra pillows and blankets were filthy and the carpet had disgusting brown stains so we didn’t even want to walk around on this carpet barefoot. There were also stains on the sheets on the bed so we weren’t even certain that those sheets were clean and the unit was very dusty and obviously no attention to detail.

This property was great we had a really good time. Everything was clean and check in info was texted to us before arrival which was very nice! This was a girls trip and we were all happy with our stay!

Tragedy in beautiful area

Within our group we were rented three different units the other two units were beautiful rooms our room was horrible. In our room the walls doors furniture and fixtures were all very dirty in the kitchen the microwave Number pad was broken when you pushed it the panel sunk in. The threshold between the kitchen and living room was not there it was just open flooring the kitchen table chair one was broken and could not be used the living room sofa the springs were broken and if you sat on it you sunk. the master bedroom the box springs was broke. Pillows had been pushed under the mattress to lift it up which did not fix the problem at all the mattress still sunk in the master bath the toilet paper holder was broken only one piece remained on the wall and they just stuck the toilet paper roll on the one piece that was sticking out. the wall had not been repaired where it was broke. The carpet in the living room and master bedroom was extremely dirty and sticky. In the guest bedroom that bed was also broken. There were many other things that did not work such as lights and clocks. Overall I was extremely disappointed in the amount I spent to get a nasty unit that was at best a 2 star motel. I have pictures if you are interested. We booked another trip for June but will most likely NOT return to this site due to the dirty room and rudeness of security when we explained we were not given arm bands.

Condo

The queen size box spring was broken you could only sleep on the left side of the bed. Hair in the garden tub on our arrival. Also there was hair on the bottom of the toilet of the bathroom in the hallway. No oven mitts in the unit.

Property needs major upgrades

The locations was perfect. However the cleanliness of the place was just not there. The walls were very dirty. The furniture was very dingy and needed cleaning. There was also just a lot of wear and tear on all the appliances. The internet did not work, we had to connect to our hotspot all weekend. We tried contacting management, however we were not able to get in contact with anyone regarding this issue.

Panama City beach experience

The bad.... There was supposed to be internet connection and the was no router on the property and no internet connection. I contacted the management company to fix the internet and was told someone would come fix it and no one ever showed.The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The walls and floor were also dingy. There was mold in the shower. The chairs on the balcony were broken. The twin mattress you could feel the spring coils. We booked a 5 night stay for 4 people and we were left with one roll of toilet paper. The good.....The condo was in a great location and the view of the lake was nice. There was plenty of room for a family of 4.

My family and I really liked it and was a very comfortable stay. We like being on the 7th floor.

Renting this place went very smoothly. But we did have to wait almost an hour late to check-in. But other than that everything was good.

Good property. Needs better cleaning service.

The listing was accurate and the condo was nice. It was not cleaned very well before we checked in. There was sand in the beds and the dishes had food residue on them.

Couldn't get in touch with vacasa

This property was very aggravating to figure out. The room itself was decent but I tried for hours to get in touch with someone at Vacasa to get another parking permit and wrist bands. We read upon booking that you could get all that from the security desk on the property but that wasn't the case at all, they were very rude with us. Not that it was a problem but we did more walking up and down the stairs because the elevators were so slow. Overall we had a decent trip, we just probably will not rent from this property again.

Weekend Away

When we arrived at check in, ID and tag number were required to obtain parking pass and bands. Upon arrival in the room, the place was a mess. The cleaning crew did not clean the room. Called property management and they arrived quickly and cleaned the place. The place was pretty when cleaning was completed. We had a blast. The outside dock is great. Awesome view of pond and dock with live music in the afternoon. Close to the beach and near restaurants. Overall, a great time!

Great Condo!! Very kid friendly!!!

We had 5 Adults and 3 children (10 & under). We had a ball!!! Very clean!! The location is so convenient, right across the street from the beach and walking distance to Ripleys and Pineapple Willys!!!

Excellent!!! Money well spent!!!

Excellent condo and stay! Only thing that could have been better was the guest bathroom shower had poor water pressure. This will be where we stay everytime we go to Panama City Beach. We are already planning a two week trip next time it was so great!!!!
