Welcome to Sterling Breeze 306!

Sterling Breeze 306 is a  beautiful high end luxury 3rd floor condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico at Sterling Breeze Resort, which was recently named Best Condo by the readers of Panama City Living magazine. No need to wait in long elevator lines when you stay at 306; whether you are using the breeze way or coming back from the pool or beach, this condo is just a few stairs away! S Beach service included during season!

306 Sterling Breeze is a 2 bedroom + bunk nook, 3 full bath condominium (sleeping 8) featuring hardwood and tile floors throughout (carpet free for those of us with allergies). A lower floor condo with a great layout and a large balcony make this a condo you will return to year after year.  In case the weather is not as planned, the owner has also provided several books and board games for your family to enjoy. 

Both the living room and gulf front master suite have direct access to the balcony and amazing views of the gulf.

NOTE: Guests of this property are required to pay an additional $50 amenity fee to access the pool and for parking. Guests will be provided a link to register their vehicles and pay the fee prior to their arrival. Each vehicle is a $50 cost per pass.


Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.

Nice condo, great location

Our stay was pleasant. The room could use a nice “deep” clean but overall we loved it. We had plenty of room for all 3 of my children. The pool area was amazing and we loved how nice it was. The lobby area was also very nice. Location was great, easy in and out and close to everything we needed.

Great stay

We stayed at Sterling Breeze. June 10-17. Every thing was great. Only a few suggestions. We had a huge bathroom and a huge shower. We could have used a chair in that bathroom and it would be very beneficial to have a bar in the shower no other issues. Beautiful condo. Thanks for a great stay

Nice view; older condo

We’d never stayed at the sterling breeze before so we thought we’d give it a try because we liked that it had two beds, hall bunks, and 3 baths. This worked well for the size crew we brought. The unit itself is as pictured and the beach is beautiful but many of the furnishings were damaged when we arrived; management never texted me back about the broken bed. There were also holes in the walls and doors. You have to pay $43 per car parking which is ridiculous because that should be included in the booking fee, but they don’t tell you that until after you book. Also when we tried to check out early the concierge wasn’t open to return the wrist bands, so we waited and the lady never came so we went to the front desk and they were less than helpful so we left. We’ve stayed at the tidewater, splash, and the majestic and we much prefer those places to this for the same price. Not being a Karen but there were things that could have made this a great stay but just feel short.

Awesome place to stay!

Amazing view, very clean family friendly. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Best place I’ve stayed at in Panama City Beach. Only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee and lack of parking after purchasing the parking ticket!

Very pleased

This is the first time we stayed in a condo. This condo was more than we could have asked for. It had 2 master suites which was perfect since we had family with us. Everything worked as it should. More than enough space and the price was very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Comfortable and convenient

Although furniture is older and beat up a bit and unit is in need of upgrades, it is still clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. The view is pretty, sans a palm tree slightly blocking westward view. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. The pantry closet is roomy and washer/dryer in the unit. This is a great unit for families with ample seating and sleeping space. I would not recommend to someone looking for a nicer, updated condo with modern touches and appliances, but it served our family well.

No good

Upon arrival, the condo smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. No shampoo I’m showers. Our feet were black from walking around inside the condo. We dried the bathroom floor with the towel, and the towel was dirty from the floor. I wanted to cook, but the space felt so gross that I didn’t. The tiki hut bar was not open at 6pm on Monday. We paid for 2 nights, and did NOT stay there the second night. We booked the rest of our trip at Edgewater. I would like at LEAST half refunded. This was a terrible condo. I was embarrassed that I booked this place.

Great room

We had a great room with an awesome view. When we arrived we had no internet or master bedroom tv but maintenance fixed that. The only thing that didn’t work was the electric grill outside on the balcony.
